1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags and all packaging intact.

  • Custom-made or personalised hats are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at Contact@BigHatsForBigHeads.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange, and clear photographs of any defects or damages, if applicable.

3. Returns Process:

  • Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) instructions on how to proceed. You will need to cover the cost of the return. Unless the item is damaged or defective - in which case, as a gesture of goodwill we will attempt to cover this for you.

  • Please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition.

  • If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned item(s) are received, inspected and approved for sale

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Please note that we inspect and photograph every product before it is shipped out.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Hats with visible signs of wear and tear. Sweat marks, scratches, rips or noticeable fraying all come under this. (Other wear and tear signs are applicable).

    • Custom-made or personalised hats (unless defective).

    • Hats without their original tags and packaging.

7. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
